Through ordering a Ma Belle Box, you agree to receive and pay a beauty box at the address provided.
– Bank Transfer:
By selecting bank transfer as your preferred payment method, you agree to proceed your payment in full, after ordering your Ma Belle Box on www.mabellebox.com.
If we don’t receive your bank transfer up to 7 days after ordering, we will automatically cancel your order.
Through selecting cash on delivery as your preferred payment method, you agree to proceed your payment in full, at the delivery, in accordance with the delivery note of the shipper. Kindly note that payment has to be made before opening the parcel at the delivery.
When rejecting your parcel, if un-opened only, you will be charged extra shipping fees, depending on your location.
Through selecting paypal as your preferred payment method, you agree to proceed your payment in full, with a valid credit/debit card, after ordering your box on www.mabellebox.com.
Order modification Policy
You have the right to modify/cancel your order within 24 hours after ordering at www.mabellebox.com. If you cancel/reject your order after it is delivered, you will be charged extra fees, depending on your location (100% shipping fee + returning fee).
Shipping location needs to be ticked at the checkout, before confirming the order. Every modifications must be made via phone: 01222 659 649 or email: email@example.com.
– Shipping fee for Ho Chi Minh City: free of charge
– Shipping fee for Hanoi and Danang: 30,000 VND / order.
– Shipping fee for other areas in Vietnam: 50,000 VND / order.
Ma Belle Box covers half of the shipping fees for all orders and 100% of the shipping fee in Ho Chi Minh City. As a result, we are not responsible for any extra charges that you might encounter with your order (e.g. bank transfer fees, cancellation fees).
Return / Exchange Policy
Received and opened parcels cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages caused by shipping including box damage or parcel damage should not be accepted by the customer and should be returned to the shipper at the delivery immediately.
Damages caused to items inside the box (e.g. products opened, leaking, not functioning) should be returned to Ma Belle Box in order to be replaced. Complaints should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org along with photos of the damaged item.
Ma Belle Box may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website.
